My Healthcare provides each partner with a portal to view and communicate on a patient to patient basis.

What costs are associated with using the services offered by My Healthcare?

My Healthcare only charges patients or facilities based on the services they use. The billing will come from each entity of My Healthcare directly i.e. My MedPack, My Mobile MD, My Rehab + Wellness.

What are My Healthcare’s goals?

My Healthcare aims to achieve lower re-admission to hospital and skilled care, lower communication errors between healthcare partners, and help clients to remain active and independent.
